This happens very rarely if you receive a damaged plant then please e-mail us (info@seedlingsindia.com) immediately with a photograph or call us on 9650004154. Our expert teams will attend your complaint to know about the damage and justify the fact. We Follow a no return policy on Live Plant. However if the plant is received in a damaged condition, we will replace it for you.

Kindly note that some flowers / leaves may get damaged due to packing stress and hard logistic conditions. However the plant will re-establish itself within 30 days by taking simple care and and proper handling as advised you by mailing correspondent.
