Sansevieria Samurai

This rare Sansevieria Samurai Dwarf is believed to have originated in Africa. It has a short stature, only growing 4-6 tall. The short, green leaves have a pronounced V-shape with a slight red tint on the leaf edges and leaf tips, and they arise on the stem in an alternating pattern.

Sansevieria Samurai thrives in dry soil and should be watered sparingly. Use our water calculator to personalize watering recommendations to your environment or download Greg for more advanced recommendations for all of your plants. Sansevieria ‘Samurai’ can tolerate being far from a window and light source.

Sansevieria samurai dwarfs are considered to be some of the toughest houseplants and can live for up to 50 years. They’re also unique in that they can convert carbon dioxide into oxygen at night, which can help improve air quality in bedrooms.
